Close the AppleTalk dialog box.

Click the Create button. (If the dialog box on your screen does not have a Create button, click the Setup button instead.)

Selecting and Setting Up the Printer

You must use the following procedure to configure the driver before print- ing for the first time.

1 Install the PostScript printer driver and the PPD file for the Digital Copi- er.

❍ See the documentation that comes with the Digital Copier for infor- mation about how to install it.

2 Select Chooser from the Apple menu.

3 Use the field in the upper left of the dialog box to select the appropriate printer driver for your Digital Copier.

4 Use the field in the lower left of the dialog box to select the zone where the Digital Copier is connected.

❍ You do not need to select a zone if your network is configured with- out using zones.

5 In the printer list on the right side of the dialog box, select your Digital Copier. The default name of this Digital Copier is MLT_<serial num- ber>.

Setting Up AppleTalk

Use the following procedure to make AppleTalk settings.

1On the Apple menu, point to Control Panel and then select Apple- Talk.
