Installing the Printer Driver Chapter 2

5A window will appear, prompting you to select the manufacturer and model of your printer. Click the Have Disk... button on the lower right part of the screen.

6The Install From Disk dialog box will appear. Install the controller driver CD-ROM that is included with the controller in the CD-ROM drive of your computer.

7Click the Browse button, select the file corresponding to the type of printer driver to be installed and the operating system being used, and then click the OK button.

8A Printers list appears.

Select the driver to be installed and click the Next> button.

9A window that asks you to confirm the printer name will appear. Check the printer name. If you want to designate this printer as the default printer, select Yes.

Click the Next> button.

10Follow the instructions that appears on your computer screen.

11As the last step, click the Finish button.
