Using the folding function

7Click N-up Style to open its dialog box. Then, set Page Location to Horiz. Ascending and click the OK button.

8Click “Detail Of Output Setting” to open the dialog box.

9Specify Half Folding under Folding.

10Specify Long Edge under Staple.

11Click the OK button.

12Make other settings as necessary and click the OK button.

13The Print dialog box will reappear. Click the OK button.

14The data will then be transferred to the machine and printing will soon start.
