You cannot change the zone on a network that does not have any zones.

Error Log

The error log function can be used to reference the event log stored on the Network Card. The error log is referenced whenever a Network Card prob- lem occurs.

Selecting Error Log on the Options menu displays error log contents. You can save the error log as a text file by selecting Save As on the File menu. You can also print out log contents by selecting Print on the File menu.

To change the AppleTallk zone, use the down menu to select the zone you want.

To change the device name, input the new name into the Printer Name field.

❍ Selecting this Network Card on the Device display panel enables the Options menu bar, which you can use to select various func- tions. A command is appears dimmed on the Options menu when it is not available for some reason.

Configuration

Selecting Configuration on the Option menu displays a dialog box for changing the Network Card device name and AppleTalk zone.

On the Device display panel, select this Network Card.
