Inserting a file into
MicrosoftOffice 2000
does not work.
The object file(such as
clip art or an Excel
spreadsheet)is located
on a filesystem drive or
ona drive mapped using
\\localhost\path.
Copyor move the object file to your
C: or D: drive and then insert it
again.
When attaching and
running an external
monitor at 1600 x 1200
display resolution,
Windows2000 resets.
The default shared
memoryconfiguration is
set too low.
Inthe BIOS setup program, increase
sharedmemory to at least 8 Mbytes
to support the 1600x1200 display
resolution.
System appears to hang
during installation of
CorelDraw 10 for
MicrosoftWindows.
When installing the
CorelDraw 10 upgrade
version without a
previousversion of Corel
Draw installed, the
install softwareprompts
you to insert a CD of a
previousfull version of
the software.
CD is not completely
mounted beforeyou
clicked OK.
After inserting the previous Corel
Draw CD, you must wait until the
newCD is fully mounted (when the
LED stops blinking) beforeclicking
OK. The Corelinstaller freezes if
you do not wait for the CD to
mount.
When templates in
Powerpoint in Windows
XP Office,the template
opens slowly and some
color is missing after
opening.
DirectDrawis enabled
by default in this

In the .ini file,under [Display],
add the following entry:
DirectDraw=off
Changing this entry allows the
Teamworkdesign template to open
normally.
