To reset the Hot Desking password field for a specific IP telephone
1You can access the reset button from two locations:
•Configuration > Resources > Telephony Resources > IP & App Sets module >IP Terminal Details tab
•Configuration > Telephony > Sets > Active Sets > Capabilities and Preferences > IP Terminal Details tab
2Select an IP telephone from the list.
3Click Reset Hot Desking Password.
4Click OK on the dialog box to reset the password.
The password resets to Null. The user can enter Hot desking again to enter a new password.
