Reason:

± Use of an invalid address character

 

± Error on cylindrical interpolation

Remedy:

G92 is only allowed with address ºSº (programmed spindle speed

 

limitation) or ªPº (cylindrical interpolation)

Alarm Text:

ºTO, ZO program errorº

 

 

Reason:

± A non-existent tool offset number was selected

 

± The value in the selected zero offset or tool offset is too large

Effect:

Inhibiting of NC START

Reason:

± Contour calculation not possible

 

± Machine data for ºaxis duplicationº function incorrect

Reason:

± No F value programmed

F value too small (machine data)

Feed per rev., G95 greater than 50mm/min per revolution

No feed per rev. programmed

Remedy:

± The axial distance to go for the rotary axis with G98 or G36 is 0 or

 

 

no G98 feed has been programmed.

2063

 

 

Alarm Text:

ºThread lead too highº

 

 

Reason:

A thread pitch of more than 400 mm/rev.

 

(16 inch/rev.) has been programmed.

Effect:

Inhibiting of NC start

Remedy:

Program a smaller thread pitch
