The following parameters can be configured.
Parameter Description
From Port / To Port Enter the port or port list you wish to configure.
Scheduling
Mechanism Strict – The highest class of service is the first to process traff ic. That is , the high est class of
service will finish before other queues empty.
Weighted Round Robin – Use the weighted round-robin (WRR) algorithm to handle packets
in an even distribution in priority classes of service. For weighted round-robin queu ing, the
number of packets sent from each priority queue depends upon the assigne d weight.
Click Apply to implement changes made.
This window allows the user to configure the way the Switch will m ap an incom ing packet per port based on its 802.1p
user priority, to one of the eight available hardware priority queues ava ilable on the Switch.
