DHCP Snooping Entries

This table is used to view dynamic entries on specific ports. To view particular port settings, e nter the por t nu m ber and
click Find. To view all entries click View All, and to delete an entry, click Clear.
To view this window, click Security > IP-M AC-Port Binding > DHCP Snooping Entries as shown below:

MAC Block List

This table is used to view unauthorized devices that have been blocked by IP-MAC binding r estrictions. To find an
unauthorized device that has been blocked by the IP-MAC binding restrictions, enter the VI D and MAC Address in the
appropriate fields and click Find. To delete an entry, click the delete button next to the entry’s port. To del ete all the
entries in the Blocked Address Browser window, click Clear All.
To view this window, click Security > IP-M AC-Port Binding > MAC Block List as shown below:

Port Security Port Settings

A given ports’ (or a range of ports') dynamic MAC address learning can be lock ed such that the curr ent source MAC
addresses entered into the MAC address forwarding table cannot b e changed onc e the port lock is enabled. Setting
the Admin State pull-down menu to Enabled, and clicking Apply can lock the port.
Port Security is a security feature that prevents unauthorized computers (with sou r ce MAC a ddres s es) unk nown to the
Switch prior to locking the port (or ports) from connecting to the S witch's locked ports and gaining access to the
network.
