
802.1X User
To create a new 802.1X User enter a user name and password then reconfirm the password and click Apply, the new user will be displayed in the lower half of the table. To delete an entry click the corresponding Delete button.
To view this window, click Security > 802.1X > 802.1X User as shown below:

Authentication RADIUS Server
The RADIUS feature of the Switch allows you to facilitate centralized user administration as well as providing protection against a sniffing, active hacker.
To view this window, click Security > 802.1X > Authentication RADIUS Server as shown below:

This window displays the following information: | |

Parameter | Description |

Index | Choose the desired RADIUS server to configure: 1, 2 or 3. |

IPv4 Address / | Select either IPv4 Address or IPv6 Address to set the RADIUS Server IP. |

Authentication Port | Set the RADIUS authentication server(s) UDP port. The default port is 1812. |

Accounting Port | Set the RADIUS account server(s) UDP port. The default port is 1813. |

Timeout | Enter the timeout value in seconds (1 to 255) the default value is 5. |

Retransmit | Set the retransmit value in seconds (1 to 255) the default value is 2. |

Key | Set the key the same as that of the RADIUS server. Maximum length of the entry is 32 |
