Print window in Windows XP

3. In Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0, click the [Properties] button.

In Windows 2000, click the displayed tab. In Windows XP/Server 2003, click the [Preferences] button.

NOTE: For detailed explanations of the following settings, see “Setting the Printer Driver Properties” on page 3-15.

4. Click the [Color] tab and select [Gray Scale] for the [Color Mode] setting.
