Printer Operation

[Job Name]

Use this setting to select the default "Job Name" that appears in the machine's operation panel. If "Always Use This ID" is selected, the name entered here will appear in the machine's operation panel. If "Always Use This ID" is not selected, the job name set in the application will be automatically used.

Up to 30 characters can be entered.

Default setting: Job name unknown

[Always Use This ID]

This allows you to select whether to automatically obtain the "User Name" and "Job Name" displayed in the machine's operation panel, or whether to use the names entered in this dialog box.

Not selected	The Windows login name will be automatically used for the "User
	Name", and the job name set in the application will be
	automatically used for the "Job Name".
Selected	The names entered in this dialog box will appear in the machine's
	operation panel.

Default setting: Not selected

Paper Size

Select the size of paper to be printed on.

Click one of the paper sizes that appear in the box.

Default setting: A4
