Entered Digits Event Report

The Entered Digits Event Report is only used in conjunction with the ASAI requested-digit collection feature (with adjunct routing/route select). This report is sent when a DTMF tone is detected because an inbound caller entered digits. The tone detector is disconnected when the far end answers or if a “#” is detected. Up to 24 digits can be collected. The digits reported include: 0-9, “*,” and “#.” The digit string includes the #, if present.

Entered Digits Report Items
