Figure 2-3 shows multiple adjuncts using their own ASAI links to communicate with the ECS. Customers who have separate applications for different telemarketing groups or who provide telemarketing and office automation functions for groups on the same ECS may use this configuration. From the ECS’ point of view, this configuration looks the same as the one in Figure 2-2.
