Call Control capabilities are accepted only when the call is in the proper call state with respect to the specified party. The following table specifies which call control requests are accepted and which are denied, depending on the state of the call or the affected party. In addition, the ECS restricts Call Control requests based on the call originator’s and destination’s Class of Restriction (COR).
