Installing an SSC NTM400 Software daughterboard and NTDK57 (NT_REM) remote security device

CAUTION WITH ESDS DEVICES

Static electricity can damage circuit cards. Wear an antistatic wrist strap when handling circuit cards or any of their components.

1Unpack the NTDK20 SSC, and set it aside on a clean surface.

2Install the NTM400 Software daughterboard in the appropriate connector, as shown in Figure 84 on page 233.

3Press firmly on the standoffs to ensure that the NTM400 Software daughterboard is secured to the SSC.

4Insert the NTDK57 (NT_REM) Security Device with NT_REM facing out. See Figure 84 on page 233.

5Repeat procedure for each SSC.
