14. After the PSIO tables have been uploaded into t he LID, access the STATUS01 screen.

Move the highlight bar to the ‘‘TOTAL COMPRESSOR STARTS’’ value. Select this value

and increase the value un til it is the same as the v alu e from the old module. Pr es s E NT ER

to save this value.

15. Move the highlight bar to the ‘‘COMPRESSOR ONTIME’’ va lue. Select this point and

increase the value unt il it matches the old modu le run hours. Press SE LE CT to save this

value.

16. Change the address of the PSIO in the Controlle r Ide nt ification table bac k to the previous

value. Write the address on the PSIO.

17. Use the configuration sheets to input setpo int, configuration , and schedule informat ion into

the PSIO. The Time and Date tabl e als o must be set. A Building Super v is or c an be us e d to

download, the old conf ig uration into the PSI O.

18. Perform a Control Tes t and verify all tests . If the software versi on has been updated, a CCN

download of th e configuratio n will not be a llowed. Configu re the PSIO b y hand, and u pload

the PSIO into the network by us i ng the Attach to Networ k De vice table.

19. Restore chiller to norm a l operation, calibr a te motor amps.
