Scheduled Maintenance

Establish a regular main tenance schedul e bas e d on the actual machine r eq uirements such

as machine load, run hour s , and water quality. The t ime intervals liste d in t his section are

offered as guides to servi ce only.

Service Ontime

The LID will display a

SERVICE ONTIME

value on the Status01 screen. This value should b e

reset to zero by the service person or the operator each time major service work is completed

so that time between service can be viewed.

Inspect the Co ntrol Cent er

Maintenance is limited to general cleaning an d tightening of connect ions. Vacuum the

cabinet to eliminate du st build-up. In the event of machine control ma lf unctions, refer to the

Troubleshooting G uide section for control checks and adjustments.

Be sure power to the control center is off when cleaning and tightening connec-

tions inside the control center.
