Using the Voicemail Pro Client:

5.1 The Main Voicemail Pro Window

The Voicemail Pro Client is a Windows interface used to customize the Voicemail Pro Server.

The parts of the Voicemail Pro Client window are:

Title Bar

The title bar indicates the telephony interface that is being used, namely IP Office or Intuity. If you are working offline, the title bar displays Offline. If you are working online, the name of the connected server is displayed. For more information, see Logging in to the Voicemail Pro Server 132 .

Toolbar

The toolbar across the top of the window provides access to the Voicemail Pro options via icons instead of the menus. For more information, see Toolbar Icons 202 .

Start Points Navigation Pane

The upper left Navigation pane contains an expandable/collapsible list of customizable voicemail start points. For more information, see Start Points:Overview 205 .

Modules Navigation Pane

The lower left Navigation pane contains a library of voicemail modules. For more information, see Creating Modules: Overview 215 .

Details Pane

The details pane shows either:

Columns of information for the user or group specific start point selected or for the Voicemail Pro Administrator selected. You can click a column heading to sort the content. For more information, see Start Points:Overview 205 .

Visual representation of a call flow from either default start points or a module. For more information, see Creating Modules:Overview 215 .
