Enable push-back – bridge service.

Mode: context cs/service bridge

Step	Command	Purpose
1	[name](svc-brdg)[service]#[no]	Enables push-back of a call of this service.
	allows-push-back	Default is disabled.

Enable push-back – distribution-group service.

Mode: context cs/service distribution-group

Enable push-back – hunt group service.
