MCU Bridge Management Operations

To enable cascading conferences

1On the MCUs, configure entry queues as required and record the entry queue number(s). For more information, see the product documentation for the MCU.

2Go to Network Device > MCUs.

3As needed, use the Filter to customize the MCU list.

4 Select the MCU of interest and click Edit .

5Go to the MCU Resources section of the Edit Device dialog box and select Use Entry Queue.

6Go to the MCU Cascading section of the Edit Device dialog box.

7 For a Polycom RMX MCU:

aEnter the Master Entry Queue Number ID and Slave Entry Queue Number ID.

b(Optional) Enter the Master Entry Queue ISDN Number and Slave

Entry Queue ISDN Number.

8For a Polycom MGC MCU:

aEnter the Cascade Entry Queue Number ID.

b(Optional) Enter the Cascade Entry Queue ISDN Number.

9 Click Update.

Delete an MCU Bridge

To delete an MCU from the CMA system

1Go to Network Device > MCUs.

2As needed, use the Filter to customize the MCU list.

3 Select the MCU of interest and click Delete. 4 Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

The MCU list is updated.

View Bridge Hardware

To view the hardware configuration of a bridge

1Go to Network Device > MCUs.
