Purpose	Used to enable HOL prevention.
Syntax	enable hol_prevention
Description	The enable hol_prevention command enables Head of Line
	prevention.
Parameters	None.
Restrictions	You must have administrator privileges.

Example Usage:

To enable HOL prevention:

Command: enable hol_prevention

Success.
