config time zone
Purpose		Used to determine the time zone used in order to adjust the
		system clock.
Syntax		config time_zone {operator [+ -] hour <gmt_hour 0-13>
		min <minute 0-59>}
Description		This will adjust system clock settings according to the time zone.
		Time zone settings will adjust SNTP information accordingly.
Parameters		operator – Choose to add (+) or subtract (-) time to adjust for time
		zone relative to GMT.
		hour <gmt_hour 0-13>– Select the number hours different from
		GMT.
		min <minute 0-59>– Select the number of minutes difference
		added or subtracted to adjust the time zone.
Restrictions		Only administrator-level users can issue this command.

Example usage:

To configure time zone settings:

DES-6500:4#config time_zone operator + hour 2 min 30

Command: config time_zone operator + hour 2 min 30

Purpose	Used to enable and configure time adjustments to allow for the
	use of Daylight Savings Time (DST).
Syntax	config dst [disable repeating {s_week <start_week 1-
	4,last> s_day <start_day sun-sat> s_mth <start_mth 1-12>
	s_time <start_time hh:mm> e_week <end_week 1-4,last>
	e-day <end_day sun-sat> e_mth <end_mth 1-12> e_time
	<end_time hh:mm> offset [30 60 90 120]} annual
	{s_date <start_date 1-31> s_mth <start_mth 1-12> s_time
	<start_time hh:mm> e_date <end_date 1-31> e_mth
	<end_mth 1-12> e_time <end_time hh:mm> offset [30 60
