Specifies the host name to be added to the target IPv4 or IPv6 address.

4.1Host Name Information

*Note: This object must be used in conjunction with the configuration subcommand.

4.1.1hosts

The host name can be specified for identifying each device on the network, e.g., when configuring log information or NTP information.

Function

Specifies host name information. Up to 20 host names can be registered.

Input format

To create a host name entry:

To delete[set]ahostsname{<IPentry:addresss><IPv6Addresss>}<hostname>

To showdeleteAddress>ahosttsname{<IPentry:dre dre}

Parametershow

{<IPDescription: <IPv6SpecifiesAddress>the target} IPv4 address in dot notation and IPv6 address in colon nation.
