1.If yes, 1521-01: Enable Music on Hold (page 659) enter Yes.

2.If no, in 1521-01: Enable Music on Hold (page 659) enter No.

2.Assign the Music on Hold Source to each line.

1.In 3103-05: Music On Hold Source (page 816), assign the MOH source:

-0 for none

-1 for audio input minijack 1

-2 for audio input minijack 2

-3 for internal tone 1

-4 for internal tone 2

-5 for IntraMail Message On Hold. See Message On Hold (page 541) for more.

3.For external music sources, is the audio level (BGM volume) correct?

1.If yes:

-For audio input 1, leave 1521-05: Audio Input 1 Gain Setting (page 661) at its current setting.

-For audio input 2, leave 1521-06: Audio Input 2 Gain Setting (page 661) at its current setting.

2.If no:

-For audio input 1, adjust 1521-05: Audio Input 1 Gain Setting (page 661) as required.

-For audio input 2, adjust 1521-06: Audio Input 2 Gain Setting (page 661) as required.

4.Should transferred callers hear MOH or ringback while waiting?

1.For MOH, in 1521-02: Music on Hold for Transferred Calls (page 659) enter Yes.

2.For ringback, in 1521-02: Music on Hold for Transferred Calls (page 659) enter No.
