3.If no (disable Forced Account Codes), 1412-04: Forced Account Codes (page 651) for the extension’s Class of Service level, enter No.

1.In 2102-01: Class of Service (page 724), check the extension’s Class of Service level.

-In 1412-06: Account Codes for Toll Calls Only (page 651), enter Yes.

-In 1551-04: Account Code Toll Restriction Level (page 668), enter the Toll Level the system will use to differentiate toll calls from local calls.
