Description

If telephone extension numbers are customized, set up IntraMail mailbox numbers to match.

If the telephone system extension numbers are changed or swapped, IntraMail will automatically change the Subscriber Mailbox numbers to match. There is no extensive reprogramming required. After the swap, all of the subscriber’s messages and options are available at their new extension number. Flexible Mailbox Num- bering Plan lets you customize a site’s extension numbers and be assured that IntraMail will automatically adapt to the new configuration.
