1.

Call the busy extension.

 

 

• Listen for busy or busy/ring tone.

 

 

• With IntraMail installed, you will hear a voice prompt first.

 

 

 

 

2.

Dial 2 but do not hang up.

 

 

• If you hang up, the system converts your Camp-On to a Callback.

 

 

 

 

3.

When your co-worker hangs up their initial call, you hear:

 

 

• Ringback as their telephone rings.
