Description

Use this program to set up the Station Mailbox.

If programming multiple extensions, you may find 9021-Station Copy (page 921) a handy time-saving tool.

2142-01: Number of Messages

(# of Messages)

Use this option to set the maximum number of messages that can be left in the Subscriber Mailbox. If a caller tries to leave a message once this limit is reached, they hear, “That mailbox is full.” IntraMail then hangs up. (If a mailbox approaches the message limit as multiple incoming messages are being recorded, it may be possible to temporarily receive more than the maximum number of messages.)
