Check SPE

1. Type status spe and press Enter to check the health of the SPE.
For high or critical reliab ility systems:
■The Standby Refreshed field s hows yes
■The Standby Shadowing field s hows on
■The Standby Handshake field s hows up
Save Translations
1. Type save translation and press Enter to write all translation information
from memory to the disk, which takes ab out 2 minutes.
Save Announcements (if necessary)
NOTE:
The TN750C Announcement circuit pac k stores announcements in nonvolatile
memory; saving the announcements is optional.
1. If the PPN contains a TN750B Announcement circuit p ack, type display
announcements and press Enter.
2. If administered record ed announcements are listed, ty pe save
announcements

01D03. This takes about 30 minutes.
NOTE:
For some software loads, type save announcements from

Back Up Disk
1. Type backup disk and press Enter to write all infor mation from the disk to
the backup tap e. This takes 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Remove the tape(s) from the tape drive(s).
