Disable TTI
NOTE:
Do this step only if the Terminal Translation Initialization (TTI) is enabled.
!CAUTION:
If you do not disable the TTI, the translations c an be corrupted .
1. Type change system-parameters features and press Enter.
2. On the second screen, set the TTI Enabled? field to n to de-activate the
TTI feature.
Check TTI Status
1. Type status tti and press Enter. Wait until the Percent Complete field
shows 100%.
Busyout MMI Circuit Packs (H/C only)
!CAUTION:
Multimedia-to-voice station c alls are not preserved on an up grade. Failure
to busy-out the TN787 Multimedia Interfac e (MMI) circuit pac ks results in
unusable TN787 and TN788 Multimedia Voice Cond itioner ports.
1. Type display system-parameters customer-options and pre ss Enter. On
screen 2 under the Multimedia Call Handling (MMCH) options , check the
Basic and Enhanced fields.
2. If either the Basic or Enhanced field is y, type list configuration all and
press Enter to locate all MMI (TN787) circuit p acks.
3. If there are MMI circuit pac ks, type busyout board
cabinet carrier slot
and press Ente r to remove the circuit p acks from service.
