Monitor Filter

You can view only participants who have connection problems or require the operator’s assistance. Participants may need your assistance when they are unable to connect to the conference, when manual dial-out is selected for a conference, when they have requested help, placed on hold, when their line is noisy, or when waiting in the Q&A Queue.

To display only the filtered participants in the Monitor pane:

1.Expand the On Going Conferences list.

2.Right-click the icon of the conference whose participants you want to monitor, and then click Monitor Filter.

The Participant Monitoring Filter dialog box opens.
