Enabling SilenceIT

Enabling the SilenceIT option for an IVR Service is described on page 6-16.

The SilenceIT option is enabled for conferences by assigning a SilenceIT- enabled IVR Service and by selecting his option in the Conference Properties - Settings dialog box. However, if the option is not enabled in the IVR Message Service, it cannot be activated for the conference. If you enable this option while an IVR Service you selected as the Message Service type is not SilenceIT-enabled, the conference definition will be rejected.
