Monitoring ISDN/Telephone Participants

To view the ISDN participant's properties during a conference:

1.In the participants list in the Status pane, the Browser pane or the Monitor pane, double-click the participant icon.

—Alternatively, right-click the appropriate participant icon, and then click Properties.

—Alternatively, open the On Going Conference Properties dialog box and double click the participant’s name in the Participants tab.

The Participant's Properties - Identification dialog box opens.

You can view the name and the dial-in numbers that were used by the participant to connect to the Entry Queue/Conference.
