The Operator Assistance dialog box opens.

10.Select Enable Operator Assistance to enable operator assistance when the participant waits in the IVR queue and during the conference.

11.Select the messages to be played when the participant requests or is waiting for operator’s assistance, or when the participant fails to enter the correct conference password:

If the files were not downloaded prior to the definition of the Entry Queue Service, or if you want to add new audio files, click Add Message File to download the appropriate audio file to the MGC unit’s memory. Adding messages to the Entry Queue Service is similar to adding messages to the IVR Service. For more information about adding new messages to the Entry Queue Service, see page 6-9, Defining IVR Software Module Properties, steps 5-8.
