Listing Participants

You can view the updated list of participants in the On Going Conference list, in the Browser, Status and Monitor panes.

•If Dial-Out Manually was selected in the Conference Properties dialog box, participants remain disconnected (Stand By state) until the operator initiates the connection from the MCU to the participant. Until all participants connect to conference, the conference shows the “Not Full” status.

•If Dial-out Manually was not selected for the conference, the system automatically dials out to all listed participants and connects them to the conference.

•Defined, dial-in participants status is “Waiting for dial-in” until they connect to the conference.
