8.4.1Configuring VRRP

To configure the hiD 6615 S323 as device in Virtual Router, use the following command on Global Configuration mode. Then you can configure VRRP by opening VRRP Configu- ration mode.

Command	Mode	Description
router vrrp INTERFACE GROUP-	Global	Configures Virtual Router (VRRP Group).
ID		GROUP-ID: 1-255

To display a configuration of VRRP, use the following command.

Command	Mode	Description
show vrrp	Enable	Shows current configuration of VRRP.
	Global
		Shows current configuration of specified interface
show vrrp INTERFACE	Bridge
		VRRP.
	VRRP

To delete the VRRP configuration, use the following command.

Command	Mode	Description
no router vrrp <1-255>	Global	Configures Virtual Router (VRRP Group).
		1-255: group ID

8.4.1.1Associated IP Address

After configuring a virtual router, you need to assign an associated IP address to the vir- tual router. Assign unified IP address to routers in one group.

To assign an associate IP address to routers to a virtual router or delete a configured as- sociate IP address, use the following command.

Command	Mode	Description
associate A.B.C.D		Assigns an associated IP address to a virtual router.
	VRRP
no associate [A.B.C.D]		Deletes an assigned associated IP address from a
		virtual router.
