To disable stacking, use the following command.

8.10.5Accessing to Slave Switch from Master Switch

After configuring all stacking configurations, it is possible to configure and mange by ac- cessing to Slave switch from Master switch.

To access to Slave switch from Mater switch, use the following command in Bridge con- figuration mode.

Accesses to a slave switch.

NODE: node number

 

 

 

 

 

NODE means node ID from configuring stacking in Slave switch. If you input the above command in Mater switch, Telnet connected to Slave switch is displayed and it is possible to configure Slave switch using DSH command. If you use the exit command in Telnet, the connection to Slave switch is down.

8.10.6Sample Configuration

The following is a stacking configuration by designating SWITCH A as a master and SWITCH B as a slave.
