Alert messages in the textIn the text, alert messages are indented to distinguish then from regular text. A wider space precedes and follows the message to show where the message begins and ends.
Certain tasks in this manual should only be performed by a certified service engineer. Users must not perform these tasks. Incorrect operation of these tasks may cause electric shock, injury, or fire.

Reader Feedback•In this manual, it is assumed that two BMMs (optional products) can be connected to a single I/O unit; this is reflected both in the explanations and in the figures included in this manual. At present, however, the PRIMEQUEST 480/400 series supports only connection to one BMM (BMM#0) per I/O unit.
