This command sets a date and time. Specify a date and time in the following format:
-MM : Month (01 to 12)
-DD : Day (day of the month)
-hh : Hour (00 to 23)
-mm : Minute (00 to 59)
-CC : See Options.
-YY : See Options.
-ss : See Options.
zPrivilege: Users with the Admin privilege

-CC : Specify the first two digits of a year.
-YY : Specify the last two digits of a year.
