PSA 5.11 Agent Log Window

[Partition] → [Partition #x] → [PSA] → [Agent Log]
(2)GUI operation
•Downloading all agent logs stored in the partition in CSV file format
1Click the [Download] button.
The [Download File] dialog box opens.
2Click the [Save] button in the [Download File] dialog box. The [Save As] dialog box opens.
3In the [Save As] dialog box, specify a file name, specify CSV files (with the extension .csv) as the file type, and click the [Save] button.
A CSV file is downloaded to the specified location, and the [Download Completed] message box is displayed.
4Click the [Close] button in the [Download Completed] message box. The [Agent Log] window is displayed again.
•Specifying filtering conditions
1Click the [Filter] button.
The [Agent Log Filtering Condition] window is displayed.
2Specify conditions in the [Agent Log Filtering Condition] dialog box, and click the [Apply] button.
The conditions are set, and the [Agent Log] window is displayed again.
Remarks:
zIf at least one Agent Log item has been created, filtering conditions can be specified.
zThe specified filtering conditions remain in effect as long as the [Agent Log] window is the active window. However, the conditions are reset when another window becomes the active window or the window is redisplayed from the menu.
