When you enter the delete dump-entrycommand, a prompt appears for the entry you want to delete. The dump entry number is the ®rst number

that appears on each line when you enter the list dump-entriescommand at the Boot config> prompt.

To verify the deletion, use the list command.

Example:

delete dump-entry

Delete which entry [1]?

Describe

Use the describe command to display information about a stored image in the IBD.

Syntax:

describeloadname

loadname

Displays the following information about the speci®ed loadname:

vCopyright information.

vSupported protocols, features, and data-link types.

vSupported network interfaces.

Example:

describe ibd/test.ldb
