	Message-Type-Indicator	1 0 SMS-STATUS-REPORT (in the
		direction SC to MS)
2	Mandatory:	Parameter indicating whether or not more
	TP-More-Message-To-Send	messages are waiting to the MS in the
		SC.
		0 More messages are waiting for the MS
		in this SC
		1 No more messages are waiting for the
		MS in this SC
5	Mandatory:	Parameter indicating whether the
	TP-Status-Report-Qualifier	previously submitted TPDU was an
		SMS-SUBMIT or an SMS-COMMAND:
		0 The SMS-STATUS-REPORT is the
		result of a SMS-SUBMIT.
		1 The SMS-STATUS-REPORT is the
		result of an SMS-COMMAND
6	Optional:	Parameter indicating whether or not a
	TP-User-Data-Header-Indicator	status report will be returned to the SME.
		0 A status report will not be returned to
		the SME
		1 A status report will be returned to the
		SME
