			import export element supports export operations.
2	5	1	The Import Enable bit is always set to one to indicate that the medium-changer’s
			import export element supports import operations.
9	6	0	The Invert bit is always set to 0. The cartridges for the supported tape format cannot
			be inverted.
9	7	1	If the SValid bit is set to one then the Source storage element address field indicates
			the address of the element where the current unit of media in the element was previ-
			ously stored.
		0	If the SValid bit is zero then the value in the Source storage element address field is
			not valid.
