8-11.9 OP PCA Remove and Replace Procedures

Refer to Figure 8-11 for location of the OP PCBA.

8-11.9.1 OP PCA Removal

STEP ACTION

1Remove the four screws from the sides of the front panel.

2Pull front panel forward and disconnect connector CNJ41.

3Remove two screws from front panel.

4Remove retaining plate and screw plate.

5Remove two screws securing the OP PCA and remove the OP.

6Remove the five switch buttons from the OP PCA.

8-11.9.2 OP PCA Replacement

STEP ACTION

1Insert the five switch buttons into the OP PCA.

2Secure the OP PCA to the front panel with two screws.

3Insert screw plate and retaining plate.

4Insert two screws into bottom of front panel.

5Connect CNJ41. Push front panel onto drive.

6Insert four side screws to secure front panel to drive.
