Adding Participants to the Conference
You can add a Participant template to an On Going conference.
To add a participant to the On Going conference:
1.Point to the Conference Actions menu, and click Add Participants.
In iPower installations, you may add participants from an LDAP directory. In such a case, select the Add Participants from Public Directory or the Add Participants from Private Directory option (according to your installed directory). The remaining steps are the same.
Alternatively, click the Add Participant button on the Meeting Director toolbar.
