Viewing the Q&A List

The conference moderator can see who is currently asking a question, who is in the queue to ask a question, the order of the participants in the queue, what number a participant is in the queue, and how much time a participant has been in the queue waiting to ask a question.

When the mouse is placed over the participant queue number, a ToolTip indicates how much time the participant has been waiting in the queue

The conference moderator can stop the questioner and clear the Q&A queue.

Adding a Participant to the Q&A Queue:

•Click the Add participant to Q&A button or select from the right-click menu.

The participant is added to the Q&A queue.

There must be at least one participant in the Q&A queue in order to start a Q&A session. A participant enters the Q&A queue by requesting to ask a question using the appropriate DTMF code.

Changing the participant’s position in the Q&A queue:

You can change the position of any participant in the Q&A queue when you want certain participants (such as participants designated as VIP) to ask questions first, and others to be moved to the end of the queue.
