Chapter 7 - Conference Types

Entry Queue Access can be defined for:

A Standard conference with or without IVR service

A Meeting Room with or without IVR service

Video conferences that are accessed from an Entry Queue must have the same video, audio algorithm and line rate properties as defined for the Entry Queue used for accessing these conferences.

Conference IVR Access

Participants dial the conference dial-in numbers and are connected to the IVR queue of the conference, where they have to enter the conference password and other personal information, using touch-tone codes as input to menu driven scripts and voice prompts that are part of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Service. Once the correct information is entered, the participants are connected to the conference.
