Recent Participant List

Chapter 4 - New Meeting Window

Recent Participant List

The Recent list is automatically created by the system. This list is made of participants who have recently attended a meeting. The list holds up to 20 names.

You cannot add new participants to this list. If the Recent tab is selected and you define a new participant, the new participant is added to the Group currently selected in the Directory tab, even if it is not shown.

To access the Recent List:

•Click the Recent tab to view a list of participants who have recently attended a meeting.

Click Recent to view the last 20 participants attending meetings

Click Clear to remove all participants from the Recent list
