To lock a conference:

Chapter 5 - Monitoring an On Going Conference

Locking and Unlocking a Conference for Dial-in Participants

You can lock or unlock an On Going conference to dial-in participants. The Lock/Unlock option is dynamic and can be applied any time before or during the conference. This option is useful to limit the number of dial-in participants connecting to the conference to save resources, or when all the desired participants have already connected to the conference and you want to prevent other participants from connecting to the conference.

To lock a conference:

•Point to the Conference Actions menu and then click Lock.

Alternatively, lock the conference by clicking the Lock button on the toolbar.

The icon in the toolbar changes to a locked state.
